Where Empireum came from​

When Grzegorz, Empireum’s founder, started working in commercial real estate in 2015 (after over 15 years of building tech products), he was amazed by many things.

  • How expensive some multimillion-dollar projects were. 
  • How complex and full of friction were the transactions.
  • And, maybe most of all, how inaccessible CRE investing was to most people who could benefit from it and its solid, resilient value to build their financial futures.

That’s how Empireum was born.
